Return Policy

Custom Prints
All 3D prints are made to order. Because each item is custom printed, returns and refunds are not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion).

Non-Custom Items (Standard Products)
For standard, pre-made items (not customized or personalized):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover material and processing costs.

Shipping Issues

  • We’re not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, but we’ll help you file a claim.

  • Verify your shipping address before ordering — incorrect addresses aren’t eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

  • Once printing begins, cancellations aren’t possible.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for color variance or slight imperfections — 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process, and minor variations are normal.

Summary:
We stand behind our quality and workmanship, but we’re not a big-box retailer. Each print takes hours to create — if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ll make it right.
